Imran Khan has been a member of our Board since 2024. He has served as Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Proem Asset Management LP since 2019. He is also CEO and a member of the board of Proem Acquisition Corp I since 2026. Additionally, Mr. Khan served on the board of directors at Dave Inc from 2023 to January 2026. From 2015 to 2018, he was the Chief Strategy Officer at Snap Inc., where he oversaw the company’s corporate strategy, revenue generation, business operations and partnerships. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Khan was a Managing Director and Head of Global Internet Investment Banking at Credit Suisse. Before joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Khan held the role of Managing Director and Head of Global Internet Research at JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Khan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in Finance and Economics from the University of Denver.
