Candice has been a Zeta leader since 2022. Candice is responsible for Zeta’s global people strategy, ensuring Zeta aligns their talent with business objectives, shaping One Zeta culture, and creating an employee-first environment. Candice has over 20 years of experience in successfully creating and leading Talent Management and Human Resources functions across Finance and Technology in companies such as Lehman Brothers, Bridgewater Associates, and Sisense. She holds an BA and Executive Coaching Certification from Rutgers University, MA and Conflict Mediation and Negotiation Certification from Columbia University.
